Schönfeld

Johann Cornies (No. 44 in Nachkommen von Martin Cornies version 20110313) in the previous post was Mayor or "Oberschulze"  of the Schönfeld colony for a period of time.  Below is a detailed map of that colony in Ukraine prepared in 1912 by the teachers of the Schönfeld school.  This map provides the places and names of the people living in the colony.  One can see that Johann Cornies' farm was located at the far right of the map image below.
